Ms Hang Phan has over 20 years’ experience in Building science, in the field of Acoustics, Fire, Thermal, Environmental and Sustainability solutions in Construction sector. Her first major is in Architecture at the University of Civil Engineering (NUCE) before extending the scope to Building management, Material and Sustainability, with R&D Project Leader certificate at Ecole University – France, Circular economy & Sustainability Strategy certificate at Cambridge University, MBA at International University of America. Besides the current role as APAC Sustainable Market Development Director in Saint-Gobain Group, Hang has been the Chair of Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) since 2018, responsible for the VGBC Board of Directors to formulate strategic directions of the Council that drive the green building agenda for Vietnam.

Pursuing her personal calling to contribute the positive impact, she is also an ICF Certified Coach (ACC) & Trainer, specialized in Career, Leadership Coaching, Sustainability training and Consultancy
