Pham Trung Tin is a highly qualified Green Building Consultant and EDGE Auditor at SGS Vietnam, with a strong background in infrastructure engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology and actively contributes to sustainable development through his expertise in energy-efficient building solutions.

Since joining SGS Vietnam in 2022, Tin has played a key role in conducting comprehensive audits and assessments for numerous real estate projects, including EDGE certification. His work spans both global and regional projects, ensuring transparency, compliance, and adherence to international green building standards. Tin’s primary responsibilities include onsite inspections, data evaluation, and providing consulting services to high-profile clients, helping optimize sustainability performance.

In addition to his auditing duties, Tin is a passionate trainer, offering remote audit training to SGS affiliates and sharing knowledge on the latest standards and innovations in the green building industry.
