Mr. Nguyễn Công Bảo currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Fico-YTL Cement Corporation, a leading entity in Vietnam’s cement industry. With over two decades of experience in the construction sector, Mr. Bảo has earned a distinguished reputation for his exemplary leadership and strategic foresight.
Prior to his tenure at Fico-YTL, Mr. Bảo held several senior management roles within prominent construction corporations, through which he garnered extensive expertise in project management, production, and business operations. He is an alumnus of the Moscow Institute of Management, where he earned a degree in Construction Management, and he subsequently completed an MBA at Penn State University, equipping him with a robust foundation in both technical and managerial disciplines.

ECOCem is capable of reducing carbon emissions by 30% to 70% compared to traditional cement, while also delivering high performance and minimizing negative environmental impacts.
By utilizing supplementary materials such as fly ash and slag, ECOCem not only decreases CO2 emissions but also promotes a circular economy, contributing to the preservation of natural resources. The production process of ECOCem is highly efficient, optimizing energy use through energy-saving kilns and waste co-processing, thereby reducing fossil fuel consumption.
