High-class uPVC doors with Eurowindow brand use profile bars imported from Koemmerling (Germany) manufactured according to “Greenline” standards. This is the standard system for lead-free stabilizers in uPVC profile bars, environmentally friendly, non-toxic to users. The product does not oxidize or yellow under solar radiation, has high durability and soundproofing and heat insulation, saving electricity and maintenance costs.

 

The birth of Eurowindow aluminum doors is a new step, bringing the optimal solution for private houses and villas, catching up with the strong development trend of high-rise buildings with hi-tech architecture such as buildings. This product line is durable, scratch-resistant, not corroded by common chemicals or the impact of weather, and can be recycled after the life cycle of use. In addition, with a fully automatic wastewater treatment system imported from Singapore, the wastewater from Eurowindow’s factory is treated to “A Grade” – Vietnam’s highest standard for environmental protection.

 

In particular, applying breakthrough technology, high-class aluminum doors with Eurowindow insulation bridge are composed of 3 layers, including 2 aluminum profile bars connected by a heat-resistant polyamide strip (insulation bridge) in the middle, the profile bar has many compartments. hollow, the glass seal has a long-legged design that forms 3 hollow chambers. When combined with 3 layers of EPDM gaskets with box glass, the product has a high degree of tightness: ensuring sound insulation up to 40dB, wind resistance up to level 17 storms, absolute waterproof even when encountering level 11 storms. Not only that, aluminum doors with Eurowindow insulation bridge also score points because of their 50% higher insulation capacity than ordinary aluminum doors. Special profile structure combined with glass box to minimize heat transfer. The product helps to save up to 30% of electricity consumption costs during home life or operating the whole building system. In addition, aluminum profiles can be flexibly painted on both sides with 2 different colors, both enhancing the architectural aesthetics of the building’s exterior and ensuring it is suitable for the interior of the house.

Eurowindow wooden doors are manufactured from natural wood panels, natural wood panels, MDF, HDF with imported wood and plantation wood as raw materials. This source of raw materials is carefully selected and denatured before being put into production to increase stability and durability, and minimize the deformation of wood under Vietnamese climate conditions. Eurowindow wood materials have obtained FSC certification – which is the certification of afforestation lovers and does not extend to natural wood sources.

 

Complying with strict production and control processes, Eurowindow’s products meet the standards of green materials, have been evaluated and certified by DNV (Norway) organization. ISO 9001:2015 and has been granted the Certificate of Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 by the British Standards Institute (BIS).
