Ms. Luu Thi Thanh Mau is the co-founder of Phuc Khang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company. She is currently the General Director of Phuc Khang and holds the position of President of Institute of Diamond Lotus – iDL Vietnam.

With radical thinking, agility and decisiveness in action, Ms Mau and her colleagues decided to set up the company in the least-developed time of the real estate market. With the desire to integrate international green buildings standards to Vietnamese market, bringing ecological space and creating a humane and sustainable community, she has strengthened diplomatic expansion, established cooperation relationship with leading regional and international partners (Hoa Binh,Coteccons, UL, Mitsubishi) and proactively improved knowledge through studying and working in prestigious businesses in the development of green buildings. It is the strategy that has helped Phuc Khang become the leading flag in developing green real estate in Vietnam market since its establishment. Especially, Phuc Khang has been highly evaluated after they launched successfully Diamond Lotus which is a luxury green building line following international standards like LEED, GREEN MARK and LOTUS.

Additionally, Ms Mau often appears as a speaker at seminars to share experiences when creating green buildings in the local climate condition. She is also the inspiration to students at the Faculty of Urban Study at Ho Chi Minh University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
